The location is quite distant from any useful public transport, making it a hassle to navigate the city. Additionally, the laundry room was constantly occupied by other guests, causing frustration, as you could hardly do your laundry during your stay.

The stay at Framboise Kyoto Hotel De Charme surprised me! The room offered a spacious experience, especially with the kitchenette that made food prep easy. The complimentary laundry facilities were a lifesaver after long days exploring. The lobby had a top-notch espresso machine providing great coffee whenever I needed a boost. Staff were eager to assist, making the whole check-in process smooth. Location-wise, while the neighborhood was quiet and charming, navigating to the hotel via Google Maps occasionally led me down narrow, dimly lit alleys, which felt unsettling at night. One downside was the lack of daily room cleaning. my stay felt a bit long without fresh linens or cleaning. However, I appreciated having supplies readily available in the room. In summary, an enjoyable stay mixed with minor inconveniences, but I wouldn't hesitate to return again!

The hotel was tucked away in a quiet residential area, so while the closest Family Mart was a convenient 5-minute walk, finding a decent restaurant took a bit of scouting.

Stayed 3 nights in the Superior Twin Room. The room was spacious and super comfy with king-size beds, which I loved! The bathroom setup was great with separate areas for the sink, shower, and toilet. There were lots of towels and nice shower products. Plus, having a washing machine and dryer in the room was a lifesaver! The 24h coffee room was a nice touch too.

the water heater was a bit tricky at first. but the small kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and the onsen-style bathroom was a fantastic surprise. the staff was super friendly and the place was spotless.
